Catholic Charities of Baton Rouge  225-336-8700  Programs for families living in the Baton Rouge area include counseling, parenting classes, maternity home and adoption services, family housing, foster grandparents, disaster relief, and family crisis help.

Council on Alcohol and Drug Abuse for Greater New Orleans  504-821-2232  Community health agency providing substance abuse prevention, education, and assessment services in both English and Spanish to individuals and families of the Greater New Orleans area.

Covenant House New Orleans  504-584-1111 Crisis Line  24-hour emergency crisis care and shelter for homeless, runaway, and at-risk youth under age 21. Services also include transitional living programs and educational/vocational services.

Our House  318-343-TEEN (8336) 24 hour  Located in Monroe and serving all of Northeast Louisiana, Our House provides immediate assistance to troubled, victimized, runaway, and homeless youth, including emergency shelter for youth, ages 11-17; and transitional living for young adults, ages 17-21, and accompanying small children.
